Because there is sometimes an extreme urgency upon receipt of your technical features (drawing, technical description, model) we can launch immediately the manufacture and deliver the new product within 24h.
Prototypes, batches production
Due to our important machinery and equipment, as well as our highly skilled technicians, we can deliver your springs within 24h/48h.
Medium and mass production
We also know to manufacture medium and mass production within a few days.

Raw materials
We have a PERMANENT STOCK of all the grades from the usual raw materials :
Carbon steel – Chromium steel – Silicon – Stainless steel AISI 302 / 316 / 316 L – Inconel – Nimonic – Bronze – Copper, and so on. Stainless steel AISI 301 / XC75 / Brass Bronze for strip parts.
Finishing / Treatments
Internally, we can carry out mechanical treatments as tribofinishing, shot peening, ect.
Externally, we subcontract electrolytics treatments such as: passivation, cataphoresis, ROHS zinc plating, ect
Packaging
In order to protect the fragile springs or those which tend to entangle, we can offer you customised packaging.
